How to Film Your Swing
- Film in slow-mo. 240 fps is the target. Below 240, timing reads come back flagged low-resolution.
- One clip per swing.
- Side view, from a 45° angle.
- Bat, front foot and contact area in frame.
- Upload the original file, not a copy that's been texted or emailed - phones compress video and the timing read dies with it.
